You may terminate your Online Banking service at any time by contacting Rivercrest Alliance Bank Customer Service. Rivercrest Alliance Bank also reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Online Banking services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement, security concerns, or account inactivity.
Rivercrest Alliance Bank will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred due to the use of Online Banking services, except as required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from system outages, unauthorized access, or transaction errors.
You agree to indemnify and hold Rivercrest Alliance Bank harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of Online Banking services or your breach of any term of this Agreement.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where Rivercrest Alliance Bank is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as agreed by the parties.
Rivercrest Alliance Bank reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Rivercrest Alliance Bank website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly for any updates.
